UK Government enforcing age-12 rating
Anyone caught selling an age-12 video game to someone under age 12 could be facing jail time.
This is part of the government's new process to enforce all PEGI age ratings with legal force behind them. Ed Vaizey, the the Creative Industries Minister has stated that this will benefit parents and children alike. He went on to say how parents will gain greater confidence that their children are playing suitable games.
